I have paid for lawyers before to handle lots of legal matters, even when I really could not afford it. This time, however, I decided to try My Legal Case Coach and represent myself.

It was for an expungement of a drunk in public charge that was dismissed by the judge a few years ago, but I had never gotten around to cleaning up my record. I thought it would be an easy matter, but the prosecutor assigned to my case decided he was going to fight me every step of the way, filing to oppose my expungement and showing up at court to argue against me.

My Coach, Patricia Tichenor, helped me closely review the papers from my original case and prepare a Reply to what the prosecutor filed. She then helped me prepare to go to court to argue it to the judge.

Well…the judge ruled in my favor. I don’t think I would have had that outcome without my amazing Coach.
