Please note: Prepaid Coaching sessions are handled in 15-minute minimum intervals, tracked against whichever block of coaching hours you select below. You can customize the time you need with your Coach, daily or weekly, and select to handle matters by conference or video call, as is most convenient to your schedule and DIY Case needs.

Document Review: If you choose to have your Legal Case Coach review and provide feedback on your completed case forms via email, the time he or she spends reviewing your documents will count towards your prepaid coaching sessions. Based on the length and complexity of your form(s), your Coach can provide an approximate (but not guaranteed) time estimate prior to review so you can budget your remaining coaching time accordingly. Alternatively, if your documents are less than 15 pages in length, you may choose to have a live screen-share review of your document during a call with your Coach. We want to maximize the benefits of the live coaching for you, and it is not ideal to use live coaching time to perform document review if it will mean having you use that time to watch your Coach edit your documents.
